Deltabach chooses a new Komori eight colour press

7 February 2018

Dutch printer Deltabach, based in Nieuw-Vennep, has ordered a new Komori GL840P H-UV eight colour press from distributor AtéCé. ‘After seven years, we needed a new round of investment to enlarge our productivity and efficiency’, says director/owner Marc de Jong. ‘We print a lot for other printers and they request shorter delivery times. We can offer just that with this Komori eight colour press with H-UV. This new asset fits in perfectly with our ordering portfolio of mostly small numbers, meaning lots of plate changes. These changes will be done fully automatic on our new press.

Our Komori will be adjusted with a camera as well, to control the printing process even better. We will print with H-UV LED inks again. That is a necessity, because the printed jobs are dried and ready for finishing instantly. The decision to order a Komori once again, has everything to do with the positive experiences we have with this Japanese brand. That also goes for service and support from both Komori and distributor AtéCé. That feeling of trust was important when we chose a new Komori GL840P H-UV eight colour press.’
